I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel offers stunning ocean views and the rooms were spacious enough for our group. However, the customer service was frustrating, and cleanliness was a major issue, especially with outdated facilities and a strong marijuana smell. Overall, it felt overpriced for what we received.
My stay at this resort spa was disappointing due to several issues, despite the fact that the staff were friendly and the location was convenient to the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms certainly didn't meet expectations, and there were significant problems with maintenance and service. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.
My recent stay was quite disappointing. The hotel is in a prime location, really close to the beach, but the condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired. I experienced some issues with cleanliness and overall comfort, especially with the bedding and furniture. The service I received varied; while some staff members were accommodating, others were less than helpful, which was frustrating. It's a shame because the place has potential given its location, but it definitely needs some serious updates and improvements.
My stay was mostly enjoyable, as the hotel offered a great ocean view and a fantastic location near the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, making it a decent value for money. However, my experience was overshadowed by a few maintenance issues and a lack of hot water, which made my stay less than ideal.
During my stay, I encountered a mix of positives and negatives. The room was clean but a bit outdated, and staff were friendly when dealing with issues, but overall service left a lot to be desired, especially during a stressful time. The indoor pool area was poorly maintained, but the outdoor pool was cleaner and more enjoyable. The experience was overshadowed by an unfortunate incident with a staff member who was quite rude when we tried to use the parking after check-out. Definitely not the best value for the price paid.
